Why? Two reasons
1) Because Sean Bean is badass enough to break out of any prison given enough time and if he is not killed
2) Because Sean Bean always dies

According to IMDB, Sean Bean will appear in the season finale for the second season of HBO’s Game of Thrones. Hopefully he’ll have a head then. I expect he’ll arrive in either a dream or flashback. Either way I will cry because I love him. :)
