Neil Gaiman’s The Sandman Fantasy Casting Death- Summer Glau I have no idea if this is a good choice or not but everyone is supposed to be in love with Death almost immediately and I fell in love with Summer a little bit almost immediately. Death’s physical age is a bit ambiguous. It could be anywhere from late teens to early twenties which is the age group Summer usually plays but Summer and Death both play or are these young looking characters but full of wisdom and maturity so it’s a good match there. I think Summer has similar enough bone structure and is quite beautiful. She has a great smile which is a must for Death and I think she has the acting chops to pull off this role.
